CI 1050

DESCRIPTION

CI 1050 is a water soluble organic neutralizing inhibitor. CI 1050 is designed to maintain accurate pH control in refinery fractionator overhead systems. It effectively neutralizes acids in overhead systems in distillation processes.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

APPLICATION

CI 1050 neutralizing inhibitor is most effectively injected into the overhead by means of a chemical proportioning pump. CI 1050 should be injected upstream of the point at which the water dew point occurs. It can be added pre-diluted with boiler condensate or circulated accumulator water.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Caution: Safe when used according to directions. This product is a stable material and may be stored for several months. Do not take internally. Keep away from eyes. Normal precautions in handling organic chemicals should be observed. For further information and instructions see MSDS.
