SCI 30

DESCRIPTION

SCI 30 is a water soluble combination of organic scale and corrosion inhibitors. SCI 30 is designed to protect against calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate types of scales. SCI 30 should prevent high water cut production wells from corrosion caused by H₂S and CO₂ gases.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

SCI 30 scale inhibitor is used in injection wells at 50-100 ppm. For downhole applications SCI 30 should be injected at 20-50 ppm depending on severity of the problem and water characteristics. When batch treatments are used 1 gallon should be used per 100 barrels of produced fluid, circulated downhole with 2 barrels of fluid.

Caution: Safe when used according to directions. This product is a stable material and may be stored for several years. Do not take internally. Keep away from eyes. Normal precautions in handling organic chemicals should be observed. For further information and instructions see MSDS.
