SCI 3

DESCRIPTION

SCI 3 is an all purpose scale corrosion inhibitor for sweet and sour crudes. SCI 3 prevents the formation of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scale. SCI 3 is oil soluble and has excellent filming capabilities.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES

SCI 3 scale corrosion inhibitor is most effectively used by continuous injection at 5-50 ppm with adequate by-pass fluid to wash the inhibitor to the bottom. Batch treatment can be done using 1-5 gallons of chemical once per week, flushed with two barrels of well fluid. An initial application of 2-3 gallons should be used to coat the equipment with a film.

Caution: Combustible Liquid. Safe when used according to directions. This product is a stable material and may be stored for several years. Do not take internally. Keep away from eyes.
