PI 22

DESCRIPTION

PI 22 is an oil soluble paraffin inhibitor used to control the deposition of paraffin in crude oil.

This chemical is a blend of surfactants, penetrants and aromatic solvents, that form a film around paraffin crystals, thus preventing them from attaching to each other and building up in the production equipment.

APPLICATION

PI 22 can be batch treated or added continuously, however continuous injection to keep the system clean is the preferred method. Batch treatments would consist of 1-2 gallons circulated downhole with 2 barrels of produced fluid. Amounts of chemical vary with the severity of the problem. Regular treatments are recommended.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Caution: Flammable Liquid. Safe when used according to directions. This product is a stable material and may be stored for several years. Do not take internally. Keep away from eyes.
