MCC’s line of demulsifiers for oilfield production are surface active materials that promote the separation of water from oil. They are recommended for a wide variety of oilfield emulsions and can be used in batch and continuous treatment.

MCC’s line of corrosion inhibitors are specially formulated to control corrosion in a wide range of production systems at a low cost to the operator. They are effective against corrosion caused by CO₂, H₂S, O₂, bacteria and acid gases. MCC’s corrosion inhibitors are effective in controlling and/or eliminating corrosion in any given system. They can be used in continuous, batch and squeeze treatment.

MCC’s scale inhibitors are formulated to address one of the most serious problems oil producers face today - mineral scale. Mineral scale threatens efficiency and profit in a producer’s system. Scale restricts pipe flow and plugs filter screens and valves, covers up for corrosion, actually hiding it underneath the deposit and increasing its severity. MCC’s line of scale inhibitors are especially formulated for solving the above mentioned problems in oilfield brines. They will inhibit scale in many oilfield applications.

MCC manufactures a variety of paraffin inhibitors, paraffin dispersants and paraffin solvents to control paraffin. These products can remove accumulated paraffin, clean out existing deposits, or act as preventatives. They can be used in continuous or batch treatment.

MCC’s line of water treatment chemicals are applied in various applications. They reduce surface tension, to allow water to pass more rapidly into the formation. These products are also effective scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, dispersants and they increase the efficiency of the water flood system by dispersing the solids accumulated at the formation face. This can increase injection and reduce injection pressure. They are also ideal for water wetting suspended solids such as clays, fines and iron sulfide.
