SolCast Emulsifier

SolCast Emulsifier was developed to meet the requirements of the Aluminum Continuous Casting and Rolling Industries. When added to the existing SolCast emulsion, SolCast Emulsifier tightens the emulsion by introducing components which bind to the free oil droplets and enable emulsification. The resultant emulsion particle size is such that coolant performance is refreshed.

PHYSICAL & CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

SolCast Emulsifier is added directly to the coolant system at the sump. The amount of product necessary to tighten the emulsion is dependent upon the amount of tramp oils present. Additions of 5-10 gallons at a time is recommended while allowing sufficient time for the emulsifier to mix between doses.
