DESCRIPTION

MasterCool-SE is a general purpose, semi-synthetic metalworking fluid formulated for extended service and sump life. When diluted with water, MasterCool-SE produces a clear, clean running metalworking fluid which may be used in numerous machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. MasterCool-SE can be used in operations at low dilution, such as grinding, and still provide rust protection for tooling and workpiece alike. MasterCool-SE is easily waste treatable and presents no unusual problems when disposal becomes necessary

APPLICATION

MasterCool-SE is diluted with water and flooded into the work area to effectively remove heat, chips and/or swarf, while providing lubricant and anti-weld characteristics to impart long tool life and good surface quality.

Dilute the neat MasterCool-SE with water to the recommended concentration for your application and alloy.

Consult your representative for assistance in determining your needs if necessary. Concentration of MasterCool-SE is easily determined by optical refractometer. Suggested Model: American Optical Refractometer 10440.
